This course is designed to address & identify the Veteran Administration (VA) home loan process, available to those who served in the military.
Upon completion of due diligence course, participants will be able to:
-Identify who is eligible for a VA Home Loan
-Confidently discuss the requirements of using the VA Home Loan
-Identify the costs and benefits of using the VA to purchase a home
-Review the yearly stats for VA lending
